My eyebrows
scrunch together as I shade in my latest sketch. It's a
landscape of
last night's starry sky, the stars rearranged so they
spelled out a
favorite Jane Austen quote of mine. 'Every savage can
dance'. A smile
creeps onto my face at the final image. I catch a line
out of place
and reach up to erase but pause halfway when the bell
rings. With a
sigh, I stuff my sketchbook and pencil into my bag and
stand.
